Yes. BASE follows three rules:

• Controlled coordination: stored records are owner-scoped; a shared Orchestrator may provide selected conversation, goal and document-title context to the specialist handling your request. Connected services and supported external actions have separate permission/confirmation controls.
• No training on your content: your documents, finance records, health notes and Mentor conversations are not used to train external models.
• Access-controlled, sensitive structured data encrypted at the application layer, never sold.

Yes, both — from Profile, anytime. Export gives you a machine-readable copy of your account data. Delete removes your active account content; residual provider backups, where present, roll off within the limited retention window described in the Privacy Policy.

These are GDPR rights (Articles 15 and 17) and we honor them.

Current subscription terms are shown inside BASE. On iOS, Apple displays the localized price, trial eligibility and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. All six core agents are included in the main plan; future specialist modules will be described only when they are available.

Storage and call minutes may be sold as separate add-ons so the base tier stays honest.

Yes. Cancel from Profile or via your app store. Cancellation stops future billing. For already-billed periods, refunds follow consumer protection law in your country.

No. This is important. BASE helps you organize, prepare, and act — but it's not a licensed professional.

What BASE can do:

• Structure your records (health, financial, legal).
• Prepare questions for your doctor / lawyer / accountant visit.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, medications, document expiry.
• Translate and summarize.

What BASE doesn't do: diagnose, prescribe, give legal advice, file taxes, give investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for those.

In a medical emergency — call your local emergency number, not BASE.

It prepares calls and dials only after your confirmation. The flow:

• You describe what you need ("call a clinic in Germany, ask about cancellation policy").
• Action drafts a script in the local language with your goal, key questions, and follow-up plan.
• You review and approve.
• Action dials, speaks the script in a native-sounding voice, takes notes during the call.
• You get a transcript + summary + action items routed to Organizer.

It never calls autonomously without your approval. You stay in control.

Not yet. Today: scan receipts, upload statements, log expenses manually or by voice — Finance categorizes and watches for patterns.

Direct bank sync (open banking) is on the roadmap without a public release date. We're being careful here — open banking integration brings real regulatory weight and must be reviewed before it is offered.

Primary infrastructure is hosted in the European Union on Digital Ocean. The database (Neon PostgreSQL) connects over SSL. All client-server communication uses HTTPS/TLS.

When data is processed by a sub-processor (e.g. AI model providers), it travels over encrypted channels, only the minimum-necessary data is shared, and the sub-processor is contractually bound to handle it only on our instructions.

On iOS, any available trial eligibility, duration, localized price and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Do not rely on older website copy for purchase terms; the App Store purchase sheet is the authoritative checkout display.

Yes. BASE is published and account registration is open. We continue to improve individual capabilities and only mark them ready after implementation and production verification.

Absolutely. Each agent is independent. Use the ones that fit your life now — Finance and Documents for cross-border admin, Wellness if you care about health logs, Mentor if you have ongoing goals.

The agents become more useful together over time, but you don't have to onboard everything at once.
